This form was developed to assist students, parents or external stakeholders who encounter a problem with AIC Campus in finding resolution.

AIC Campus is committed to providing a positive educational experience. We appreciate and value your feedback and we would also like to hear from students who are particularly pleased with a certain aspect of their campus life or who have had an exceptional experience that they’d like to share. The same form can be submitted to provide a compliment or note of appreciation.
