Students develop capabilities in strategic leadership, finance, innovation, data-informed management, and applied research. These skills can help healthcare managers evaluate organisational challenges, improve decision-making, lead teams, understand financial implications, and support service or operational improvement.
The Strategic Management Project allows students to investigate a real management challenge relevant to healthcare, such as service performance, organisational change, innovation, resource use, patient or stakeholder experience, digital transformation, or strategic growth. The MBA does not replace professional clinical qualifications or licences.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should meet the following general requirements. Final admission is subject to review and approval by AIC Campus and Plymouth Marjon University:
- Applicants should normally hold a recognised Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification appropriate for postgraduate study.
- Relevant professional and managerial experience may be considered as part of the admission decision, subject to AIC Campus and Plymouth Marjon University approval.
- Applicants must demonstrate English-language competency that meets the University’s requirements. Final eligibility should be confirmed by AIC Campus Admissions before enrolment.
