The DBA is structured across 12 blocks and integrates coursework with a progressive research pathway. Students begin with advanced subjects in research methodology, strategic management, accounting and finance for decision making, and organisational change before progressing through the research proposal, progress reports, synopsis presentation, thesis, and viva voce.
Throughout the research stages, students develop the ability to design, conduct, present, and defend doctoral-level applied business research. The programme includes research supervision and doctoral committee review at key stages, together with journal publication and e-conference requirements during the research progression. The programme carries a total of 90 credits.

The programme progresses from advanced business coursework into a structured doctoral research journey. Students move through proposal development, two formal progress-report stages, research publication and conference activity, synopsis presentation, and the final thesis, which is evaluated through thesis assessment and viva voce.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following entry routes:
- A recognized Master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience; OR
- A 1-year Executive MBA together with 10 years of work experience at top-management level, for example C-level experience.
Entrance Examination
Candidates are required to complete an entrance assessment consisting of 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The assessment evaluates the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of research methodology.
