AIC Campus Empowers Preschool Educators Through Modern Teaching Practices
AIC Campus successfully conducted an educator development session titled “Empowering Educators with Modern Teaching Practices” at Tiny Tots School on 31st July 2026.
The session brought together preschool teachers from Tiny Tots School for an engaging and practical learning experience focused on strengthening their teaching approaches and professional confidence.
Mr. Inthikab Zufer, lecturer at AIC Campus, shared valuable insights on how educators can present and market themselves more effectively, while also encouraging teachers to be more creative and innovative in their teaching methods.
Ms. Denomi Meuni, lecturer at AIC Campus, focused on the psychological connection between teachers and young children. She also highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and family life, recognising that educators have important roles both inside and outside the classroom.
The programme concluded with the presentation of participation certificates to all attendees. The session provided the teachers of Tiny Tots School with practical knowledge, fresh perspectives and greater confidence to apply modern teaching practices in their preschool environment.
Through initiatives of this nature, AIC Campus continues to contribute towards the professional development and empowerment of educators in the early childhood education sector.
